Return Policy

Uniqcli wants you confident in every Dell Technologies purchase. This policy covers eligible returns, the RMA process, restocking, non-returnable items, and defective/DOA handling. It reflects standard US IT-reseller and manufacturer terms.

Return window

Eligible, unopened hardware may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be in original, resalable condition with all packaging, accessories, and manuals. Returns outside 30 days are handled case-by-case and may be declined.

How to start a return (RMA)

Email [email protected] with your order or quote number and the items you want to return. We issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions. Returns received without an RMA may be refused or delayed. You are responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Restocking fees

Eligible returns may be subject to a restocking fee (typically up to 15%, or as set by the manufacturer/distributor) to cover inspection and re-inventory. The applicable fee is confirmed on your RMA before you ship.

Non-returnable items

The following are generally non-returnable once ordered or activated: software, licenses, subscriptions, and electronic delivery (e.g. Dell APEX and software entitlements); Dell ProSupport, ProDeploy, and other service contracts; custom-configured, built-to-order, or special-order hardware; and opened consumables. Manufacturer end-of-life or final-sale items are non-returnable.

Defective or dead-on-arrival (DOA)

If an item arrives defective or DOA, contact us within 30 days. We coordinate a replacement or repair under the manufacturer warranty at no return-shipping cost to you. Some products are serviced directly by Dell under warranty; we will route you to the fastest resolution.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (or as a credit for purchase-card and contract-vehicle orders) once the returned item is received and inspected, typically within 10 business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return is due to our error.

Government & contract orders

Orders placed through GSA, NASA SEWP, GPC/purchase card, or other vehicles follow the return terms of the applicable contract in addition to this policy. Contact us and we'll align the return to your vehicle's requirements.
