Advanced Exchange service provides for a replacement unit shipped to you after remote diagnostics and troubleshooting under your Dell Limited Hardware Wa ranty. Upon confirming the Customer's Product has expereinced a qualified and covered failure, Dell will send a replacement Product using next business day delivery. Customer must return the defective Product in the replacement product packaging to the designated carrier location as stipulated in the RMA instructions. Replacement product may be refurbished unit. In case the product model is discontinued a comparable current product may be provided as replacement.
