Uniqcli operates a network of technology-procurement, integration, engineering, and brand-focused storefronts. This Legal Center explains the rules that apply when you visit our sites, request a quote, purchase products, engage us for services, or submit information to us.
Who operates the Uniqcli sites
Unless a site or transaction document expressly states otherwise, the sites are operated by Uniqcli LLC. "Uniqcli Group of Companies" or "Uniqcli Group" means Uniqcli LLC, Uniqcli Federal LLC, Uniqcli INC, and their current and future affiliates and sister companies. Uniqcli Group is a trade description and is not a separate legal entity.
The legal entity responsible for a sale or service engagement is the specific Uniqcli entity identified as "Seller," "Contractor," or "Service Provider" on the applicable quote, order confirmation, invoice, contract, or Statement of Work. If no entity is identified on a website-only interaction, Uniqcli LLC is the site operator.
Policies
- Terms of Use and Sale — website use, accounts, quotes, orders, products, payments, warranties, OEM terms, government procurement, and liability.
- Return, Refund, and RMA Policy — eligibility, return windows, fees, non-returnable products, damaged shipments, and refunds.
- Shipping and Delivery Policy — processing times, delivery estimates, shipping charges, freight, inspections, and international or restricted shipments.
- Privacy Notice — personal information we collect, how we use and disclose it, state privacy rights, and how to contact us.
- Cookie Notice — GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads/DoubleClick, Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, self-hosted PostHog, advertising tags, consent, and opt-out choices.
- CUI, FCI, and Secure Submission Notice — information that must not be submitted through public sites or ordinary email and how to request an approved channel.
- SOW Services Terms — default commercial terms for consulting, integration, engineering, installation, managed, and professional services performed under a Statement of Work.
Brand storefronts and manufacturer identity
Uniqcli's Cisco, Dell Technologies, HP, HPE, physical-security, and other brand-focused storefronts are operated by the applicable Uniqcli entity and are part of the Uniqcli network. They are not the manufacturers' official websites and are not owned or operated by those manufacturers.
Manufacturer names, logos, product images, model names, and trademarks are used to identify genuine products, describe compatibility, and communicate an actual supply or integration relationship. All such marks belong to their respective owners. Their use does not, by itself, mean that a manufacturer sponsors, owns, endorses, or has approved a storefront or its content. Any statement that Uniqcli holds a particular partner, reseller, certification, authorization, or contract status applies only if it is current, accurate, and specifically stated.
